The Australian Fruit and Vegetable Coalition is a collective group of government, non-government and fruit and vegetable industry organisations, formed to explore partnership opportunities to increase fruit and vegetable consumption in Australia.

A coordinated national approach is needed to provide essential economies of scale, to facilitate active partnerships and avoid wasteful duplication. The objectives of the coalition include a significant social marketing campaign and a Commonwealth Government commitment to conduct national nutritional surveys. These will provide valuable information on Australian's fruit and vegetable consumption patterns.
