The Northern Territory Horticultural Association (NTHA) is the peak representative body for horticulture in the Northern Territory, representing horticultural enterprises in Darwin, Katherine, Alice Springs, Kunnunurra and other surrounding regions.

The NTHA is an incorporated body that is directed by a council whose voluntary members and office bearers are elected by members of their relevant industry commodity groups.

AUSVEG and the NTHA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in December 2007.
