Potato Processing Association of Australia

The Potato Processing Association of Australia (PPAA) is the national peak industry body representing potato processors in Australia. Formed in 1992, it provides a united voice on issues of common concern in the processing of potatoes.

Some of the major issues that have been addressed by the members of the PPAA were the potato research and development levy, food health , plant health and seed certification.
