Capsicums, often referred to as ‘peppers’, have become popular in Australia. They add flavour and colour to a wide range of dishes with their vibrant green, red, yellow, purple and orange colours.

The different coloured capsicums vary in flavour, greens being the sharpest and yellow the sweetest.

Capsicums can be eaten in many ways; the most popular is sliced in stir fries, stuffed or grilled with their skin removed and marinated in garlic and olive oil.
